Marta has been with Karen's Care Agency Ltd since 2017, overseeing all administrative functions in the office as our Office Manger. She loves the variety that her role within the company offers.
Marta assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures and manages the administration of HR policies. She offers excellent hands-on knowledge of the recruitment process, is highly organised and has exceptional attention to detail. She also deals with advertising and new candidate applications and ensures the recruitment process and documentation is compliant with regulations.
Away from work Marta enjoys a good book and spending time with her family.
