Marta has been an integral part of Karen's Care Agency Ltd since 2017, expertly overseeing all administrative functions as our Office Manager. 

She thrives on the dynamic nature of her role, which allows her to engage with a wide range of responsibilities across the company.

Marta manages the entire HR recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that every stage - from advertising vacancies to reviewing candidate applications and conducting interviews- is handled efficiently and compliantly. She plays a key role in developing and implementing company policies and procedures , while also managing the administration of HR policies to maintain regulatory compliance. Her hands-on expertise, exceptional organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail ensure smooth operation within the office. Outside of work, Marta enjoys immersing herself in a good book and cherishing quality time with family.
