Karen Smith has a vast wealth of experience in care having worked in different care sectors including residential homes, hospitals and Dementia centres. She believes passionately in the importance of the value of service that we provide to the elderly and frail members of our community and so she has dedicated the last 10 years to establishing Karen's Care Agency Ltd, employing some of the best and most committed carers around.

Karen is dedicated to quality care and regularly checks with clients to ensure they are happy with the service, monitors care staff via supervisions, and conducts spot checks.

Karen has an excellent capacity for understanding the uniqueness of every individual under her care. She is continually liaising with local Health and Social Care professionals and working to improve and support her dedicated team of carers. 

Karen is currently working towards BTEC Diploma in Leadership RQF level 5 in Management for Adult Care. Outside of work Karen enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.
