The team are passionate about what they do and proud to be part of the health care profession.
The carers team are the eyes and ears of the service. They are the main interface with clients, so communication and management support are crucial.
All carers hold the Care Certificate as a minimum and are encouraged to develop their skills further, with many holding Health and Social Care Levels 2 and 3.
